This year’s recipient is Rachel White who will be attending the University of Maine at Machias in the Fall.
We established this scholarship to honor classmates who are no longer with us: Wayne Watts, Raymond Grant, Fred Mace, Lois Foss Smith, Gilbert Elwell and Chad Moores.
